I have held senior leadership and operational roles, including Senior Healthcare Assistant in domiciliary care for older adults, Reviewing Officer, Field Supervisor, Risk Assessor, Deputy Manager in dementia care services, and Domiciliary Care Manager. These positions have enabled me to develop extensive expertise in care planning, risk management, safeguarding, quality assurance, staff development, compliance, and service delivery.

Earlier in my career, I worked at Broadmoor Hospital, providing care and support within a secure forensic mental health setting for individuals presenting with complex and high-risk needs. As a qualified nurse, I have also worked in specialist services supporting people living with Huntington’s disease and Korsakoff syndrome, delivering compassionate care tailored to highly complex conditions.
I am passionate about improving outcomes for individuals and families through strong leadership, effective teamwork, and a commitment to excellence. My approach combines clinical knowledge, operational expertise, and a genuine dedication to delivering safe, responsive, and person-centred care.
